Which Google Ads data is read
Record per category what the audit retrieves: searches, cost, clicks, conversions, campaign and account names. State explicitly that the audit itself writes nothing to the ad account.
For what purpose and on what basis
Purpose of the processing and the basis under the GDPR, probably performance of the contract. Still to be established.
How long data is kept
Retention period per category, and what happens when the user revokes the connection or deletes the account. Still to be established.
Processors and transfers
Hosting provider, AI supplier and any transfer outside the EEA, with the corresponding safeguards. If a language model runs on account data, that belongs here.
User rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability, plus how those rights are exercised and within what period.
